With it's interesting twists and turns, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke has managed to be in the top 3 on the TRP charts. The love story of Abir-Mishti and Kunal-Kuhu has impressed the audience. In recent episodes, we saw Kunal and Kuhu finally getting married after a lot of drama. On Kunal and Kuhu's first night, Kunal confesses before Kuhu that he doesn't love her and this marriage was just a deal. This confession leaves Kuhu heart-broken. Kunal asks her to go back to Maheshwari house and never return to his life.
Kunal and Kuhu reach the Maheshwari house with Abir for Kuhu's paghphera ritual. Kuhu pretends to be happy before her family. Kunal tells Kuhu that she should now reveal the truth to her family which upsets Kuhu. While Kunal-Kuhu's fight is on, Abir and Mishti share a romantic moment and Abir asks Mishti to come with him for a date. Later Kuhu blames Mishti for Kunal's rude behaviour towards her and also tells her that her love for Abir is fake. Mishti is hurt and refuses Abir for the date. Mishti goes for a walk when she meets Abir. Abir surprises Mishti with a romantic date. He challenges Mishti to confess her love in front of everyone during Janmashthami celebrations.
During the Janmashthami celebrations, Mishti and Abir climb up the human pyramid to break the dahi handi. Seeing this, Kuhu will get jealous and push a man from the pyramid because of which Mishti falls down. Abir is shocked to see Mishti in this condition. In the upcoming episodes we will see Abir taking Mishti to the hospital. Kuhu and Kunal's secret will be out before Abir and Mishti. Abir will promise Mishti to save Kuhu and Kunal's marriage at any
Abir will then confront Kunal when Kunal will put forth a condition before Abir. Kunal will tell Abir that he will behave well with Kuhu only if Abir breaks all ties with Mishti and forgets her.
