It was a while back that the daily soap, starring Rubina Dilaik and Vivian Dsena, Shakti on Colors underwent a leap.
Produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms, Shakti has really engaged the audience with its unique storyline and concept of kinnar. In order to give a fresh feel, the makers introduced Soumya’s young daughter in the show who is also a kinnar. Well, looks like the girl will go on to project the new female lead of the show. According to our sources, the hunt for the actress who will play the titular role is still on.
Another development we hear is that Rubina might quit the show in the consecutive month or so as she would not like to play a mother to a grown-up.
When contacted Rubina, she said, “There is some rumour which is igniting this news. There is no truth to this. “
