Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which has been topping TRP charts is gearing up for a lot of twists and drama and soon viewers will also a witness an intense courtroom drama. For the unversed, Kartik will file for custody of Kairav.
In the current track, we saw how Vedika gets enraged after knowing that her marriage to Kartik is illegal as Kartik's first wife is alive. She later visits Singhania house and sees that Naira, Kartik and Kairav are enjoying like a family and she lashes out Kartik and tells her about the insecurities she has with marriage and how Kartik has been avoiding her.
Vedika feels more dejected as Kartik yells at her. She leaves the Singhania house in rage while Naira follows her. In the upcoming episode, we will see that Vedika will try to commit suicide and Naira will come and rescue her. Naira will decide to file for divorce from Kartik. Naira decides them after seeing Vedika's suicide attempt.
Naira does not want Kartik to forget his responsibilities towards Vedika as he loves Kairav. Same time Naksh will see the pain Naira going through and ask her to free her self from Kartik. However, Kartik will misunderstand her move and files for a custody case. He will hire Damini Mishra to fight and win custody case. Damini will later meet Naira to know details. For the unversed, popular TV actress Payal Nair will enter the show as Damini.
