It seems one Police commissioner comes to meet Shashank for important surgery.
And later the commissioner asks Shashank to call his assistant doctor Sid.
While the commissioner asks Sid to perform his surgery and not Shashank.
Sid gets upset and gets worried while Juhi nurse Philo and Vardhan was also present.

But Shashank feels proud and blesses Sid for the surgery with all his good wishes.
